MG PLANT

This plant is expected to employ some 350 people and is scheduled to open in 2008. Plans are under way in Murray County to accommodate the growth that is expected to come from the MG announcement as well as the expansion of the Ardmore Airpark.

CHICKASAW NATION CULTURAL CENTER

The Chickasaw Nation has begun construction of the Cultural Center just outside Sulphur . It is expected to be completed in early 2008. The Cultural Center will include exhibits preserving and promoting the history of the Chickasaw Nation and will also include an IMAX Theatre.

ARTESIAN HOTEL

The Chickasaw Motor Inn was demolished this year making way for the new Artesian Hotel.
